Is there a way to bulk delete all tranactions from one category? I deleted an
account and reimported it so now all transfer transactions are coming up
twice. One of them is part of the category "Xfer from deleted Account", and I
want to remove all of those.
    Help!

You could do an advance Find and Replace. Search for that category.
Right-click each of the found transactions, one at a time, in the
    Search Results and chose Void.

So the voiding is not bulk, but rounding them up is bulk.

    Thanks!

I had over 600 tranactions, but using freeware called
    MacroMaker(http://members.ij.net/anthonymathews/MacroMaker.htm) I was able to
    automate the keystrokes... :)

One thing a moderated group might do is prevent this "a) submit obscure
goofy question, then b) 10 min later plug some one-off piece of junk
software for sale to meet said goofy problem" cycle... I'm just sorry that
real people sometimes volunteer real effort to answer the fake question in
    the meantime...

I really don't think that is what happened in this thread.

Don't be so cynical. I have nothing to do with that software, I had a real
issue, that Cal helped me. And this "junk" software saved my fingers 2400
repetitive strokes. I just hope that for the record someone else benefits
    from this...

I'm a real person, not naive, volunteer a lot of my real time in this forum,
and am not sorry that I do.

I found his response relevant and useful. Yours was simply rude.

    BTW - it's freeware.

I know you spend alot of time here. I appreciate it, and that's the point -
my response wasn't intended to disrespect you in any regard. With the time
you spend here, you must have seen the cycle I described here many, many
times. It's a waste of bandwidth, and your good will. If you consider
speaking up for that rude, then we can respectfully disagree.
