  • Bug: MM05 online banking - can't use two logins at one bank

MM05 uses a single login for each bank - unfortunately my brokerage (Bank of
America Investment Services) uses a unique login for each account. So, I'm
unable to use online banking in MS Money to sync with my brokerage and IRA
    accounts.
If there was some way for me to duplicate the "Bank of America Investment
Services" so I have two instances of the bank, I could make it work - any
    suggestions?

In 2005, your main way to accomplish that would be separate Money
    files with separate Passports.

Moving one or more of those accounts to another bank could be a
    solution too.

Are you certain Cal? I thought that Money still allowed multiple
connections to a Bank or FI. When you go to set up the second one to
the same FI it asks if you want to merge it in with the previous
accounts at this bank or use a new Id/password.

This is used where husband and wife have separate username passwords
into accounts or in this case where a separate usename password exists
    for each account.

It was my understanding that two accounts with separate credentials
for Yodlee accounts could not be set up in Money 2005. Perhaps there
has been a change, or I misunderstood.

If so - that's exactly what I want. But I can't figure out a way to make it
    happen - any advice?

Seems short sighted to not support multiple logons to the same FI.

    Thank you for your time.

I just checked and Banc of America Investment services is direct and
does not use Yodlee. It however is an interesting question. I have set
up two separate transactions through Yodlee to Milestone Federal Credit
Union while I was testing an early Yodlee bug.

I am not expericing this problem. I have two login's for WAMU (Yodlee)
and two for American Express, Discover (direct). Both are downloading
fine. I am using Money 2005 Standard.

Is this within one MNY file? Are there any tricks to setting up two?

Thanks in advance for your time.
